Karkaw, in partnership with AV Properties, Inc. purchased over 2,000 units throughout the state of Texas.  Karkaw Development has also partnered with BF Management, Inc. for the purchase of more than 2,000 units in Reno, Las Vegas, Tampa, and other major southern cities. Recently, Karkaw has become active in the DFW area with the acquisition of more than 400 units in the Fort Worth metropolitan area.
